Production Process
The mixer is installed separately in the mixing area. After mixing, the container is lifted to the platform and fed into the discharge station, which automatically locks and discharges material into the extruder. The material is melted, compounded, cooled, granulated, and pneumatically conveyed into the grinder. A cooling air heat exchanger supplies cooling air for the ACM system. After grinding and classifying, the finished powder is sieved and automatically weighed. The rotary sieve is placed on the second floor for easy operation. The additive feeder is installed between the sieve and airlock for Aerosil dosing.
